No surprise invoices
Plans are flat-rate. We only count active users when an admin adds a seat. Existing team members never get blocked.
User cap enforcement
Invite tokens, domain auto-join, and admin-created users all check your plan limit. At the cap, we disable invites and show an upgrade CTA instead of blocking logins.
Feature flags
Plan defaults load from `plan_features`. Company overrides live in `company_features`. Admins can toggle modules as needed without engineering tickets.

Pricing clarity for operations teams
Do you charge per user beyond the tier limit?
No. Plans are flat-rate per month. We only enforce the user cap when new seats are added. Existing users stay active forever, even if you hit the limit.
What happens when we reach our tier’s user cap?
Admins will see “You’ve reached your user limit. Upgrade your plan to add more users.” Invite buttons disable until you upgrade. Your current team keeps working with zero disruption.
How do feature flags work?
Each plan unlocks default features. Company-level overrides can enable/disable specific modules. We never hardcode tiers, so future features flow through plan defaults or admin overrides.
Can we pay annually or request a custom contract?
Yes. Annual terms lock pricing and include rollout credits. Enterprise procurement and paper are supported—talk to our sales team.
